While many PR and marketing companies work with brands on a contracted basis with monthly retainer fees, this can be a big commitment, especially for emerging brands or those on a path to growth and recovery.
FeelGo is a new on-demand marketing service that gives you access to all our experience, expertise and resources on a pay-as-you-go basis with no retainer fees and no contract. FeelGo is unlimited in its scope, so whether it’s a press release or media campaign for a new product launch, blog content, an award entry, social media management and/or social marketing, graphic design for advertising, a photoshoot or video, website content, social marketing or Google Ads...everything is available on demand.
FeelGo is charged for active time only on a fixed hourly rate + vat. All time is recorded on our management system to the minute, so when we’re actively engaged on your account, the timer is activated, and the second we pause or stop, it’s deactivated. This means you don’t pay for downtime. This new approach means you can manage your outsourcing to a professional PR and marketing company while keeping control of costs.
How FeelGo works - Modern, Flexible, Intuitive & Measurable
FeelGo can work for you in various ways, so it’s completely flexible and adaptable to your needs and requirements.
For example. Let’s say you have an upcoming product launch. You need a press release written, designed and sent to the press along with images and social content. For this, we’ll create a digital press & media kit (CLICK HERE for an example), and send to our trusted media contacts. We then follow up and monitor coverage results, and we provide analytics on the number of times the kit has been visited (See image below).
For a project like this we estimate the time required, send a quote and then you receive an invoice. We hold budget on account and if/when we reach 85% of the budget, you receive a notification. If we come in under budget, you receive a credit to invest in your next activity or project, or we can process a refund for the remaining amount. If, as a result of enquiries from the media, we are likely to go over budget, you have the option to top up your account, or instruct us to pause/stop when 100% of your allocated budget is reached.
The next example puts you in complete control of your expenditure. Rather than an agency telling you how much their services cost, you can set the rate. Let’s say the maximum you can comfortably spend on agency fees each month for PR, social media and other marketing activity is £1,500.00 + vat. Together we’ll agree the month’s priorities and activity focus, send an invoice and hold the £1,500.00 + vat on account. Just like above, when 85% of the budget is reached, you’ll receive a notification. If we’ve completed the majority of that months activity we can stop at 100% or use the remaining balance for the next month. If the next month is likely to be quieter or even busier, you can top up as much as you wish or not at all. In every case, you’re always in control of how much you invest and what the focus is.
Consultancy and mentoring
Importantly, consultancy and mentoring is a feature of FeelGo.
We appreciate that many brands manage their own marketing and social media and/or have an in-house person or team. In this situation we can support in-house functions and/or provide a valuable resource to brands that have no dedicated marketing function. We can support this by creating a marketing plan that you can follow, as well as advising on a range of growth strategies. This can include:
- Looking at your current marketing approach and reporting on areas that need attention.
- Creating a structured marketing plan and budget that we can mentor on to ensure effective implementation and evaluation. This could include looking at PR, social media, advertising, blogs and other activities to grow your business and create vital awareness.
- Looking at other growth opportunities through marketing and effective operations. This may include influencer marketing, developing ambassadorships, social marketing or Google Ads etc. Importantly, we can look at how to build your business online through your website by growing traffic and leads.
- Joined up planning. Here we ensure that all the dots are joined up for effective marketing i.e. ensuring campaigns are effectively communicated through your database, to the press, on social media and via your website.
- Creative thinking - we can also help you to create and maintain your image through our creative services including graphic design, copywriting, social media content design, presentations, brochures and other image-led assets
- Implementation and Evaluation - we can work with you and your team to ensure efficient implementation and, where required, we can manage campaigns on your behalf. Each campaign will also be evaluated, so we can continually learn and evolve the strategy based on results.
